Do we have to close the restaurant for the shoot?
Not at all. We work around your service schedule. Most shoots happen during prep or slower service periods without disrupting your team or your guests.
How long does the whole process take?
The Full Plate package is delivered in 10 business days from shoot day. The Tasting takes 10 days. Rush delivery (3 days) is available as an add-on.
Do we own the videos once they’re delivered?
Yes. Every package includes full usage rights. Post them on social, embed them on your website, submit them to Choose Chicago — they’re yours, no restrictions.
Can the videos be used for Choose Chicago promotions?
Absolutely. We can create a Choose Chicago listing-ready version of your video as an add-on, formatted specifically for their media library and partner promotions.
Do you handle posting to our social accounts?
